It’s sometimes frustrating to open old or legacy .NET Framework projects with the latest version of Visual Studio.

Fortunately, this can be easily solved by installing an older version of Visual Studio.

Due to company policy or other requirements, you may need the Visual Studio Enterprise edition. That often leads to the question: where can you download older versions of Visual Studio Enterprise?

If you’re a small business, you may want to get the Visual Studio Professional edition. If you’re a solo developer, open-source contributor, or hobbyist, you can use the Visual Studio Community edition for free.

You can always visit the official Visual Studio website, sign in, and look for the download links there.

Alternatively, you can use the links below, as I’ve compiled a list of older Visual Studio Enterprise versions from official Microsoft sources.

Just a quick note: this list is for Visual Studio, not Visual Studio Code. They may sound similar, but they are completely different products.
